2. Destructive test

3. Colour fastness test

4.Pull ratio test

take a square fabric, 2 people stand opposite to each other, pull hard, the maximum extension distance for measurement records. The maximum lengthening distance is measured and recorded. After releasing the hand, it is measured and recorded, and the lengthening ratio is calculated.

5.Parts inspection (material selection)

the lathe mold cut out different shapes of fabric pieces, special people for shape, fabric and other integrity checks, screening out the unqualified fabric pieces

6.Sewing

Herringbone sewing, flat sewing, double-needle sewing, hemming sewing, etc., exquisite technology, neat and exquisite alignment

7.Finished product cutting line

Finished products are carefully searched and excess threads are cut off

1.What is your MOQ about posture correctoror waist trainer?

Usually, our MOQ is 500pcs. For our stock , 100pcs is also available. Any questions please send us inquiry.

4.How long is the production lead time?

It takes 20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

2.Can I get samples?

Of course. We usually provide sample MOQ 1pcs. If customized sample, usually also need to see style, don’t worry, sample cost will be deducted from the amount once official order placed.

5.What format of the file do you need if i want my own design?

We have our own designer in house. JPG, AI, CDR or PDF are all ok.

3.How long is the lead time of the samples?

For existing samples, it takes 2-5 days.

If you want your own design, it takes 5-15 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing , etc.
